Delivering clean drinking water to the villages of the State is a commitment to be implemented

While our Government and its media are busy with the issues of reducing the marriage age for girls to less than ten years and some currents of political Islamic parties argue in the legality of marrying the dead; to distract citizens away from claiming their rights and cause them to despair and frustration, flock to the center of the earth peasants demanding their rights to live safe decent Quran, unfortunate thing that rural population suffer from serious chronic problems ignored by successive governments for decades private rights related to health care and adequate housing, education, food and social security.

Hundreds of peasants suffering from polluted drinking water in different areas in the countryside raised complaints that we are interested in viewing some of them in this context. Complainers from Saffaf area in Rayaneiya province of Luxor mention that they had to pay installation fee to deliver clean water for their area, but the Commission refused to extend their homes with water to let them drink from the canal and get infected kidney failure and liver and stones, and when extort from It asked them to bear the expenses of officials deliver water from the main station on their own expenses.
Residents say in their complaints "We are poor we need the support of the state and our homes destroyed and mud-brick and roofed with sieving and water away from our region more than a thousand meters, are feeling compassion because the temperature in our region up to more than 50 degrees Celsius, water is the lifeblood, how could the government leave us drink from the canal in which peasants throw excrement and their dead animals"
The people of the Maghalkah village - Mallawi - Minya Governorate screaming and crying asking the President to stop forcing them to drink from the pond water, which provide them with water, which was called the "station" as its water is dirty and filled with worms and deadly disease. Residents say their complaints: "how the state refuses to cleanse the 

water plant and cities with clean water, although we in the country that has the Nile River in the blood."
Peasants of El rahawy, Nakla, and Giza in Giza Governorate suffer from contamination of drinking water because of sewage canal which polluted the groundwater upon which the water plant relies and pumps its water to the homes of the villages without refining, and although the people's called Water Facility need to renew the station or move away from the bank, but Annex ignore their demands, but asked them invaluable consumption of contaminated water, and refuse to pay the facility to take legal action to incarceration. Although the Center filed a complaint to the Attorney General and the complaints of most agencies responsible for the transfer station away from El rahawy bank but no life for those calls in the country are busy flag fabricating issues trivia such as: the nationality and the comments of the president's sons on facebook, and the importance of milk and camel urine in the healing of diseases, and the difference between marrying a little girl and just marriage bond upon her.
From Riyadh and villages of Sherbin center – Dakahlia; peasants are screaming due to contamination of groundwater, which water plant depend on the, and are forced to buy jerry cans from Mansoura, because of the stench of station's water that makes them infected with kidney failure and hepatitis, but they still suffer because of ignoring successive governments to their demands regarding renewing the water plant filled with dead stinky animals corpses, insects, lizards and snakes.
And to Bakashin village - Qaliubiya which pollution waters have been proven by multiple government research institutions, yet the responsible authorities reject to take legal action to stop the intermixing of drinking water with sewage, and although the center has already sent to the Ministry of Agriculture and officials complaints compatriots, the ministry reported that the thread for attachment drinking water and sanitation, and people went to the facility, the Prime Annex threatened them to cut off water and to jail if they continue to complaint.
And the Centre asserts that the government ignoring to achieve the demands of citizens in the countryside to deliver good drinking water to villages is contrary to the legality of their continuity and contrary to all

 international conventions, which obliges states to provide the means of living for its citizens, including the right to eat and clean adequate drinking water.

The Centre raised a filed lawsuit before the State Council under the number( 50772-63 )against the President and the water utility and the conservatives to cancel their usurped decisions by ignoring the demands of citizens in the delivery of clean drinking water to villages and renewing the dilapidated stations that lead to the deterioration of their health. As the Centre raises complains again for people in front of officials, it requires them provide rural villages with clean drinking water and accelerate the renewal of water plants to ensure the safety and health of water pumped for the sake of the lives of citizens in Egypt.
